Oracle uncovers that Google earned 20,000 million Android
So say lawyers Oracle in the trial being carried out by Java licenses between the two companies. The information published by Bloomberg , would uncover one of the unknowns that remained on the operating system of Mountain View, with exactly 31,000 million dollars in revenue, leaving 22 billion in profits since it was launched. Annette Hurst, Oracle's lawyer, emphasized "the extraordinary magnitude of marketing" generated by the operating system, why demand their share for the use of the license Java when developing Android .
Google meanwhile claimed the judge specified that extracted information would be available only to Attorney and in no case should be exposed in public. "These non-public financial data is very sensitive, and public disclosure could have significant negative effects on the business of Google". Google is convinced that will not pay any fee for the Oracle Java application, however, this information would reveal that the giant would have enough money to pay Oracle (not doubted), so we'll see if finally the judge you decide on one side or the other.
